"... I became older, married and a mother. With that came a slower metabolism and less time for myself. For the first time in my life, I found myself in a position to “need” to lose weight." - Cassandra Gephart
“For my entire adult life, working out had never been a difficult thing for me. I worked out so I could eat whatever I wanted.
Then I became older, married and a mother. With that came a slower metabolism and less time for myself. For the first time in my life, I found myself in a position to “need” to lose weight.
Working out alone wasn’t enough. I had always been resistant to the idea of focusing on nutrition. I never wanted to be that person who was weighing out my food or watching everything I ate. I followed her challenge and liked it. I moved on to her other challenges and found that following the meal plans wasn’t actually terrible and I liked the taste of the food.
I was in pretty good shape and seeing amazing results. Then, I got pregnant with my second child and completely stopped working out and focusing on my nutrition. After I had my second child, I knew what I needed to do, but couldn’t find the motivation to do it.

This transformation is one that will continue to take time and work.
But, I now have the tools to confidently steer myself in the right direction. I want to focus on toning and know that Trainer Lindsey’s support will get me there as long as I’m willing to put in the effort needed.
Putting the time into me has made me better in all aspects of my life and I’m so glad I am working to make me a priority too.”
