One of the biggest problems that I see when it comes to women, even like myself, who struggle to burn fat is that they don’t have a solid exercise routine or nutrition plan that they follow consistently.

I love the people I work with! Their stories are inspiring because they remind me of where I used to be on my own fitness journey.

I was sitting on a rower machine and I was crying to her in the middle of this crowded gym because I was so overwhelmed with all the demands I felt like I had to meet throughout the day.

It was so embarrassing.

But I was so frustrated because I was at the gym working out hard every single day.

And yet, I was seeing nothing from it. My body was not changing. And as I was sitting there crying to my friend, I knew deep down what my problem was.

I wasn’t consistent with my nutrition.

I was not aligning my nutrition with my fitness goals, so I was just sitting there spinning my wheels and nothing was happening.

It was on that specific day I changed my ways.
I set out and I learned everything I possibly could about nutrition.

I learned about macros, about meal plans, about meal timing, all about how to use nutrition to see results.

And when I finally got things in line, when I aligned my fitness and my nutrition, and my workouts with my fitness goals, my body changed and I saw incredible results.

It was crazy.
But guess what else, it was not nearly as hard as I thought it was going to be and it was actually kind of fun.

And that was the beginning of how and why I created this 30-Day Lean Program.

Is it possible to maintain the nutrition plan even if I’m traveling?

What if the workouts are too easy/hard?
YOU bring the intensity to the workouts! Make sure you are lifting heavy enough so that the workout is challenging for you. If it’s not hard, lift heavier (with good form of course…)!
I am lactose intolerant/gluten intolerant/vegetarian/vegan. Can I still follow this program?
Yes!! You can completely tailor it to fit your preferences by tracking your own macros.
Can men do this program?
Yes! Just multiply all food amounts by 1.3. This will increase the carbs, protein, and fats in proportion to each other.
