I started out as a Group Fitness instructor when I was in my early twenties and then later realized that there was a need for more when it comes to maintaining a healthy body. I have been coaching women online, both lifestyle and competitors, over the last 4 years. Seeing their progress is such an amazing reward to me.
I remember what it was like when I just got started, which is why I love being there for women today to guide them through the process.
My journey into fitness started after having lung surgery. There were several complications during my surgery, leaving me feeling weak and tired most of the time. A hospital stay of 7 weeks took its toll on my body. I did not recognize the person I have become.
This was when I decided to go against all odds and train for a 5k fun run. I loved the process and that was when I started training to teach Group Fitness. Years later I started lifting weights and loved how much stronger my body felt. Today, my passion is to help women reach their goals and to enjoy every part of the journey
